Baia de Fier Technological High School, Baia de Fier commune

Baia de Fier commune is located in the beautiful Getica depression in the Southern Subcarpathians, approximately 20 km W of the point where the parallel of 45° north latitude meets the meridian of 24° east longitude, below the eastern end of the Parâng Mountains.

In terms of education, the local children have: Baia de Fier Kindergarten with Extended Program, Galbenu Primary School, Cernădia Secondary School (structures of Baia de Fier Technological High School), Baia de Fier Technological High School (unit with legal personality).
